We’re Hiring: Senior HR Specialist

PateXs is looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about people operations, employee experience, and managing medical insurance programs, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations

• Oversee and administer employee medical insurance programs, including enrollment, renewals, and claims support

• Act as the main point of contact between employees and insurance providers

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

• Manage onboarding, offboarding process.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee experience

• Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures

• Collaborate with finance and management on compensation and benefits planning

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

• Mentor junior HR team members and support their development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources (Senior level)

• Solid experience in managing medical insurance and employee benefits programs

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

• HR certification (e.g., HR Diploma or equivalent)

• Experience with HR systems (HRIS)

• Background in payroll or compensation & benefits

• Experience working in tech or corporate environments
