We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist
PateXs is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the technology sector, we’d love to hear from you.
You will work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and clients to expand our customer base and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Act as an account manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
Understand client needs and propose tailored technology and software solutions
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover and execution
Track and manage opportunities through CRM systems and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Conduct market research to identify new industries, clients, and partnership opportunities
Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software development, IT services, or technology solutions
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
Experience managing sales pipelines and closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients
Experience working with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in software services or digital transformation projects
Existing network of clients in the technology sector
Experience working in the Middle East market
Familiarity with proposal writing and tender processes
