We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our product team and lead the design of user-centred digital experiences. The role involves shaping product strategy through research and interaction design, creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product management, engineering and research to deliver polished, accessible and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile experiences, from discovery and research through to delivery and iteration.

• Conduct user research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translate insights into actionable design decisions and product improvements.

• Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction models, information architecture, high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers to define requirements, prioritise features and ensure design intent is implemented accurately.

• Advocate for user-centred design principles, accessibility best practices (WCAG) and inclusive design across the product lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and documentation to ensure consistent UI patterns and efficient delivery.

• Perform design reviews, give and receive constructive feedback, and mentor mid and junior designers to elevate team capability.

• Partner with engineering to support handover, QA and continuous improvement of designs in production.

• Use data, analytics and qualitative feedback to measure design outcomes and iterate on solutions.

• Stay current with design trends, tools and emerging interaction patterns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Minimum5+ years professional experience in product or interaction design for digital products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user research, and clearly communicated design decisions.

• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Framer or similar).

• Practical experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

• Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing and the ability to synthesise findings into design outcomes.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, responsive design) and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Experience working in Agile teams; familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is desirable.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders.

• Demonstrable experience mentoring other designers and advocating for best practices.

Desirable

• Experience with accessibility tooling and WCAG compliance work.

• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing.

• Experience designing for complex enterprise or regulated environments.

• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
