Looking for Experience Project Manager with Agile experience who are ready to make an Impact and lead our projects \ team and with the
following responsibilities

Common Responsibilities:

• To prepare and maintain the Project Plan and the project schedule and be responsible for the budgeting, execution of the plan,
monitoring and controlling the software development project.
• Track actual project performance and costs against project plan, to ensure there is no deviations from plan.
• To manage the project team and the production of the required project deliverables.
• To apply the change control process and any required configuration management.
• To report through agreed reporting lines on project progress through status reports.
• To adopt an appropriate technical and quality strategy to ensure the successful completion of the project to customers satisfaction.
• To conduct end of project evaluation, team performance evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and preparing the
end-of-project report at project closure.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Plan and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

For Agile Projects:

• Facilitate and manage sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, the product backlog and demos. unblocking barriers
to ensure scrum framework is followed
• Resolve impediments in a timely manner and ensure the whole team functions smoothly.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, makes recommendations for changes in policies and procedures.
• Work with product owners to handle roadmaps, backlogs and new requests.
• Own and preserve the SCRUM KPIs including the velocity, points entered, WIP, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of data in the used tools and own any necessary documentation for the squad and sprints including release notes.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is
sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Own the internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• To proactively determine and manage risks to the project including the development of contingency Plans.

Requirements:

• 15+ Years of experience and 10yrs + as project manager experience in any well-known software environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and a PMI’s PMP certification
• Mastering experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
• Agile Experience is a must
• Proven experience in management multiple tracks of programs/projects especially in Middle east.
• Proven experience in working at client side.
• Excellent experience in budget planning and management.
• Excellent skills in problems resolution skill, decisions making and identifying priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills for different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to travel for short visits (if needed)
• Mastering MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Jira/Trello/other agile management.
• Agile certificate is plus.
