📌 We’re Hiring: Product Owner Lead

đź“Ť Location: Egypt (Hybrid)

Patexs is looking for an experienced Product Owner Lead to drive product strategy, lead product owners, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital products. This role requires a strong product mindset, leadership skills, and hands-on ownership.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog across multiple products or squads

  • Lead, mentor, and support Product Owners, ensuring consistency and best practices

  • Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities

  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Balance business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility in prioritization

  • Track product KPIs, user feedback, and continuously improve product outcomes

  • Act as the main bridge between business and delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner Lead / Senior Product Owner

  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks (mandatory)

  • Hands-on experience managing complex backlogs and roadmaps

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional software teams

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise, or digital platforms

  • Experience managing multiple products or teams

  • PSPO / CSPO certification

  • Experience with regional or international clients (KSA / GCC)
